About Our Pansit Guisado

Pansit Guisado is served at every Filipino birthday, fiesta, and family gathering — the noodles are said to symbolise long life. Jenmuel’s version is stir-fried fresh to order: pork and shrimp seared first, then noodles tossed through with crisp vegetables in a savoury soy-based sauce.
